    First an overall impression – superb, efficient SERVICE, Kelly is helpful and very PATIENT. My snaps and pliers arrived very quickly and were exactly as advertised.
    The product itself – don’t know what I did without them! My mother borrowed the pliers and snaps FOR a project and was so enamored that she ordered her own! She makes a lot of things for her caravan and snaps are perfect for all kinds of applications.

    Haven’t had a chance to use the DK93 die for metal snaps yet but happy to have them on hand for when I do. Service and shipping is just fantastic.
