Our braided elastic is made here in New Zealand and is a high quality elastic. Available in white or black and with a choice of 4 different widths, this braided elastic is a great choice for all kinds of clothing and sewing projects. It is also a great choice for cloth nappies, particularly for cased elastics on the legs or back of a cloth nappy. Easy to sew and use, with a nice stretch and return.

4 widths

We currently stock four widths of braided elastic. Available in 6mm, 8 mm, 10 mm, and 13mm. These widths  are a nice size to sew or to feed through casing, without being too wide.  And are used regularly by people who make cloth nappies, and if this is what you are using it for, then the choice of width is purely down to personal preference.  The prices shown are for a metre length.
