Details of our shipping and returns policies
Our standard shipping cost is a flat rate of $6.50 to anywhere within New Zealand.
Shipping
- We ship our orders most weekdays and try to send them out the next working day after you have placed the order.
- Sometimes orders will take a little longer to prepare, but we will try and ship them out as soon as possible.
- If you need an order urgently, please let us know as we may be able to get it to you sooner.
- Orders are sent via NZ couriers unless it is to a PO box or bag then they will be sent by normal post.
- Orders to Australia are a flat rate of $12.50
- For other countries, please get in touch before placing the order. We will send you a postage quote.
- Items will be shipped the next working day after payment is received.
- For pre-order items, the package will be shipped once all items are in stock.
- If you need some items sooner, then please get in touch. We should be able to arrange to ship some items sooner.
- We do not charge a surcharge for smaller orders.
- Free shipping on all orders over $150.
Returns
- We are happy to accept returns of any item in an unused condition within a month of your receiving an order.
- Please email or call before returning items so that we can expect the item.
- If you have an item that develops a fault, please let us know so that we can attempt to fix or replace the item.
- We do have replacement parts for snap pliers, should they wear out. Please get in touch if you have any issues with them.
