Microfleece white
When it comes to cloth nappy making white is one of the most popular colours of microfleece used. It is a neutral colour that goes with and compliments most cloth nappy outers. The microfleece layer acts as a stay dry layer, with the microfleece allowing liquid to pass easily through the fabric, away from the skin and onto the absorbent inner. This means that the nappy has a stay dry effect that keeps liquid away from the skin and makes it more comfortable for your baby. It is a polyester fabric which means that it does not absorb the liquid itself, but allows it to pass through to the absorbent inner fabric of your cloth nappy.
Other uses
Microfleece white is a light weight fleece fabric, and is ideal for use in any item that you want a lighter weight fleece fabric for. It is breathable and easy to care for. The fabric is made from polyester, and like all other ‘fleece’ fabrics, is designed to offer the same qualities as woollen fleece but in a machine washable, synthetic version.
Roll width 150cm, 160gsm and made from 100% Polyester.
Being a knit fabric, rather than woven, it will not fray and does not require over-locking or hemming. You can simply cut to size which makes it ideal for easy, no-sew nappy liners.
