PUL White
For most applications, PUL white is the ideal colour as it will not show through outer fabrics such as minky. Darker colours can ruin the effect that you are trying to create, but with PUL white, no matter what the outer fabric, you will not get a colour showing through. PUL white can be used in it’s own right as an outer layer for nappy covers or cloth nappies such as pocket or AIO nappies. It can also be used under other fabrics as a hidden water proof layer.
PUL Fabric
Our PUL white fabric is versatile and easy to work with, making it perfect for any project that requires a waterproof layer. Our customers use it for all kinds of sewing and craft projects from cloth nappies and change mats to breast pads and swimming bags. As it has a special laminate layer that gives it it’s waterproof quality, it is best not to pin the fabric, but pegs or clips will work well.
Polyurethane Laminate
PUL white is also known as polyurethane laminate fabric, this is because it has a special laminated, waterproof layer. The actual fabric is polyester, which means that should any water find it’s way onto the outside of the fabric, it should not wick or travel further, helping to prevent leaks.
Roll Width 150cm, 100% Polyester, 150gsm, and has a 2mil laminate.
