Details of our shipping and returns policies
Our standard shipping costs within New Zealand are:
- Urban – flat rate of $8.50
- Rural – flat rate of $11.95
Shipping
- We ship our orders most weekdays and try to send them out within 2-3 working days after you have placed the order.
- Sometimes orders will take a little longer to prepare, but we will try and ship them out as soon as possible.
- If you need an order urgently, please let us know as we may be able to get it to you sooner.
- Orders are sent via Courier Post unless it is to a PO Box or Private Bag then they will be sent by normal post.
- Orders to Australia are a flat rate of $25.00 sent by normal post for 2kgs in weight. Anything heavier will require a quote.
- For other countries, please get in touch before placing the order. We will send you a postage quote.
- We do not charge a surcharge for smaller orders.
- If you need to add some more items to your order please contact us.
Returns
- We are happy to accept returns of any item in an unused condition within a month of your receiving an order.
- Please email or call before returning items so that we can expect the item.
- If you have an item that develops a fault, please let us know so that we can attempt to fix or replace the item.
- We do have replacement parts for snap pliers, should they wear out. Please get in touch if you have any issues with them.
