Coloured microfleece

Description

Coloured microfleece is available in a number of different colours & weights. This is the same fabric as our black microfleece, but available in different colours and some in different weights. We have a small range at the moment but may increase this in time.

Choice of colours

We currently have the following light weight (140gsm) colours in stock: royal blue, camel, dark khaki, red, green, orange, charcoal, melon, forest green, light grey and sky blue. And dark khaki & lime in medium weight (210gsm).  When purchasing all weights are light weight unless noted in colour choice.

These colours may be added to over time. If there is a colour that you are interested in, but that we don’t yet stock, please let us know. If at all possible we will try and get it in for you.

Microfleece

Microfleece fabric is so called because it is a lightweight version of the fabric. This is the lightest weight polar fleece and is used for a wide range of different applications. It is often used for sports clothing as it is easy to care for and has wicking qualities. This also makes it ideal for cloth nappies, menstrual pads, baby bibs and breast pads. Liquid passes through the fabric quickly, but it does not feel wet to the touch. This creates a stay dry layer in cloth nappies and other similar items.

Polyester

Microfleece is a polyester knit fabric. It is stretchy and easy to care for. Fully machine washable. The fabric is available approximately 150 wide and is available in metre lengths, half meter lengths and 50 x 50 cm cuts.
