Zorb II Dimples

Description

Zorb II dimples fabric, this fabric will shrink less than the Zorb II diamond fabric. It is suited to larger areas, such as cloth nappies, bibs and other items that take large pieces of absorbent fabric.

What is Zorb II dimples?

Designed to take in liquid at 20 times the rate of most natural fabrics. It is able to take the place of around two layers of microfibre or four layers of bamboo terry fabric. Zorb II dimple is highly absorbent.  Each side of the fabric is made of 70% bamboo rayon and 30% organic cotton. The inner is filled with a mix of hydrating and wicking fabrics.  This fabric is manufactured to a secret recipe in Canada and has been designed specifically for use in cloth nappies and other similar items.

Care and use

Zorb II dimples is slightly easier to sew than the Zorb II diamond, although it would still be a good idea to have a well-tuned overlocker.  It is not advised to prewash before sewing, as once the items thickens, it becomes harder to sew.  Instead allow for shrinkage when cutting out.  The Zorb II dimples is designed to shrink and thicken slightly less than other zorb products. This can still be up to 50% thicker and 20% shorter after a hot wash and dry.  The absorbency of zorb is not effected by washing powder or hard water build up, so there should be no need to strip wash.

Washing instructions:

Wash cold to hot, tumble dry medium, iron warm and no bleach.

The fabric is approximately 76 cm wide.
