For a while now I’ve been meaning to add a cloth nappy or two to our free patterns and tutorials. At the moment I’m still in the planning stages, but I thought in the meantime, it might be worth having a little round up of free cloth nappy patterns that you can find online. Most of these patterns are for home use only, which means that you can make them to sell, but if you’re looking to make nappies for your little one, then this is a great place to start. I haven’t actually tried most of these patterns myself, so I can’t say how easy to follow they are. If you need any help though, please feel free to contact me and I can try and give some advice. I’m always happy to advice on the right kinds of fabric to use too.

I’ve used the free darling diapers newborn pattern, and found it to be a really nice fit. It doesn’t have instructions though, so I used tutorials I found online

I’m actually in the process of drafting a free cloth menstrual pad pattern which I’ll share soon. I’ll try to get some links together for those you can already find online though.
